Context
For several years, KYMA has produced audiovisual content for the City of Paris. Films that show what institutional communication often hides: the people, the places, the initiatives. Mobility, culture, civic engagement, neighbourhood life.
Challenge
Making complex public policies readable and engaging across channels with different codes and audiences — YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok. Production must work across all formats without losing institutional coherence.
DIGITAL FILMS
Short and medium format films for digital platforms: urban mobility, cycling lanes, Christmas events, Nuit Solidarité. 16:9, 1:1 square and 9:16 vertical formats depending on destination.

CITIZENS' ASSEMBLY SERIES
A 4-episode series about the Paris Citizens' Assembly. A short documentary format explaining the process, giving voice to participants and making a democratic process visible.
Organisation & Production
Coordination with City communications teams and partner agencies. Editorial preparation, location scouting in urban Paris, production management with constraints de l'espace public. Adaptation des livrables aux spécifications de chaque plateforme.
